يُسمح بطلب استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ فقط في الحالات التالية:

استلام منتج خاطئ يختلف عن طلبك.

وجود ضرر واضح في المنتج عند الاستلام (مثل تلف في العبوة أو فساد في المنتج).

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns or exchanges are generally not permitted once the order has been received, to maintain food safety and hygiene.

An exchange or refund is allowed only in the following cases:

Receipt of an incorrect product that differs from your order.

Clear damage to the product upon delivery (such as packaging defects or spoilage).

Expired product received.
